      @oncor @GoGriddy who declares if we are having a heat advisory or a cold advisory. The winter weather advisory was advised to us by the NWS on Monday. There for no ones power should have been disconnected until Thursday! Also a disconnection notice is suppose to be sent out 2/3

      The local utilities determined the service areas for which DNP orders were not to be processed and unfortunately Tarrant county was not one of them.
