We noticed. What was the reason? Wind was high, I am sure the load was high? Was solar low?

Weather came in much colder, in the Houston area especially, than ERCOT was forecasted yesterday and it is causing load to come in much higher.

If not in freeze conditions there’s no need to run your pool pump when temps are low. Turn it off. If properly chlorinated, water at 50⁰F will not develop algae for many days. Hand skim floating leaves, debris. Turn the pump on when it freezes! 10-20 kWh savings per day.
