      I would keep an eye on the price dial as that updates ever 5 minutes and monitor usage if possible.

      I’ve been with you guys for a while and know how that works. Problem is your projected rate is not being updated. Customer service on the phone said it would be Tuesday before price is back in single digits. Need better info to make decisions.

      The projected forecast is updated every 24 hours with the projected forecast that ERCOT provides. But, I do understand your frustration. We supply our members with the information we receive as we receive it.
