We are comparing our whole book so it makes the most sense and is transparent to compare against a government number that is across the whole state and is issued each month.

I believe the EIA rate is residential use only. Does Griddy commingle residential and commercial prices to calculate it’s average price?

Hi Frank! Nope, we don't commingle residential and commercial prices. We use the EIA rate since it is the residential rate we are comparing against.
