8.6¢/kWh average makes no sense considering variable TDU charges are around 5¢/kWh. Add energy, Griddy membership, fixed TDU charges, credit card fees and taxes you get closer to 10-11¢/kWh for a 2000 ft² residence in January. What is the median cost as opposed to average?
