@GoGriddy Just wondering now that I have restarted service with Griddy on the same meter at the same address, is there a way to remove “Meter 1” from my account. If you need the $0.66 you can have it from my balance

Seems like a silly answer. Your system can do whatever, but for the user facing experience it should certainly be marked inactive especially if the address and smart meter are exactly the same.
Totally understand, but we need it for record purposes. But, I will be happy to pass your suggestion along since I do think it is a valid one!
