Exactly! Our member average for energy only this August was about 3.95¢/kWh. So not too shabby!
The load forecast for today is higher than projected. That along with an unplanned transmission outage is causing the congestion. This is not expected to repeat again tomorrow and we should jut about be through the worst of it.
