Can you please define "average on-peak price?" and clarify how that differs from the forecast pricing in the app? The app shows a forecast of $0.65/kwh tomorrow at 3pm.
The average on-peak price is the average wholesale price from the hours of 7AM-10PM. Our app publishes forecast data as it becomes available and is subject to change new information comes in.
As we try our best to give you the best projected forecast we can on and off the app, it is important to know that the wholesale market is one that is volatile and constantly changing.
With that being said, we walk away from this weekend knowing that we can always do better and will put in place the necessary measurements to do so.
