The market is expecting prices to return to normal by Mon. or Tues. of next week as the temps drops. But even with price spikes happening from time to time, our members have saved an average $180 so far this summer.
Tomorrow's Saturday's projected forecast, 8/14 & 8/15: There is a chance of high prices over the next two days due to expected low wind generation and planned power plant outages.pic.twitter.com/s89aAJM4fo

By reducing usage when you can, you'll help lower your electric bill and decreases the risk of spikes even happening.

Whoever planned the power plant outages in August should be fired.

We don't handle the prices. The prices are determined by ERCOT based on the supply and demand of the grid and we pass those through without mark ups.
