      I'm absolutely livid because @GoGriddy charged me $50 for a service call where the guys literally didn't do anything. My husband was the one that got the A/C back on. In the middle of a pandemic when both my toddler and I were sick with Covid-19. Like what the actual fuck???

      You're right, that situation doesn't sound ideal! But just to let you know, Griddy does not charge for service calls. It seems like that may have been a non-recurring charge for your utility. Reach out to our member experience team so they can take a look into this for you!
