I'm absolutely livid because @GoGriddy charged me $50 for a service call where the guys literally didn't do anything. My husband was the one that got the A/C back on. In the middle of a pandemic when both my toddler and I were sick with Covid-19. Like what the actual fuck???
Yeah, that looks like a non-reoccurring charge from your utility, not Griddy. We pass through everything from your utility without mark ups. What is the email connected to your Griddy account? I'd be happy to look into this further/reach out to our MX team for you.
