However, we do encourage you to maintain your low usage. You are still saving a significant amount with Griddy compared to low energy users with different providers!
Any chance we can get the usage graph back on the app, rather than only the cost? The new app is horrible...
Thanks for the feedback! And just to let you know, we are currently looking into making updates. And based on all the feedback, we are actively trying to address those concerns in a release that is coming out soon.
What is soon? You say this new app makes it easier and quicker to update yet I’ve given feedback since I was a beta tester and nothing has been addressed. I’m losing my love for Griddy...
Though the process of making changes has been sped up. It does still take time for our team to properly come up with solutions to these issues so we don’t have the same problems with the next release.
