@GoGriddy 25c/kwh and not a single alert from the new Griddy app. If it weren't for IFTTT I would have no clue it was happening. Please roll back to the previous app , this new one doesn't work reliably and the UI is a huge step backwards.

Yeah, I just checked yesterday’s usage. My usage was quite low, but my energy cost for the day was especially high. Shows the average for 4p was 22.9¢, but I didn’t get any alerts. Was high in the hours around that too. Bummer not to be able to adjust in real time bc no alerts.
Hi Katie! Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with the price alerts. You may be on an outdated version of the app. Please uninstall the app and reinstall it. If that doesn't work please let us know so we can work with the technical team to resolve the issue.

Thanks. My app was and is up to date, and I still didn't get notifications for that one day of particularly high pricing. Judging by other social media comments, I'm not alone. I got them yesterday (?) though when it was $1.36/kWh.
