@GoGriddy 25c/kwh and not a single alert from the new Griddy app. If it weren't for IFTTT I would have no clue it was happening. Please roll back to the previous app , this new one doesn't work reliably and the UI is a huge step backwards.

It was more reliable than the new one. I haven't had a single spike notification since Monday from the Griddy app, but there have been several from IFTTT. There also needs to be a customizable range, not whatever Griddy considers a spike.
Are you on the latest version of the app? Can each of you private message us your account and device information please? We would like to get to the bottom of this issue ASAP.
