Thanks but you had sent customers something about locking in a price the day before. If that plan is no longer in the works, I will have to switch. I am not always able to monitor the price and there are times I have to use electricity when it's very hot. Time is running out.

We get that and we are still looking into the best options. To your point of not always being able to monitor the price, our new home automation enhancements and personalized member data should assist in the immensely.
