      @reliantenergy @GreenMtnEnergy What happened to your conservation plans that encourage customers to use less electricity? Why do you push plans that encourage and reward customers for using more? It's 2020 and #climatechange is a thing! Less use should mean lower bills!

      The enhanced version will give you details about your personal load including suggestions on where to conserve energy and it will also incorporate details in regards to wholesale pricing so that you know exactly how much you can save when you make adjustments to your consumption.

      Thanks but you had sent customers something about locking in a price the day before. If that plan is no longer in the works, I will have to switch. I am not always able to monitor the price and there are times I have to use electricity when it's very hot. Time is running out.

      We get that and we are still looking into the best options. To your point of not always being able to monitor the price, our new home automation enhancements and personalized member data should assist in the immensely.

      Thank you, but you have been looking into options for at least 6 months. There is not much time left. I like your service and I appreciate your reply, but if you won't treat this with the urgency it deserves, then I will have to switch. You should have figured this out already.

      I cannot afford to do that either. You suggested some great solutions last year. Pity that you did not implement them. Yesterday was my last day with @GoGriddy and everyone I know who used @GoGriddy last year already switched. Sorry I cannot handle a summer of uncertainty.

      Fortunately it sounds like you have the time and mental energy to manage one more thing. I just do not have it right now. I don't want to have to choose between my electric bill and melting heat when it is 102f. I can't take any more uncertainty. Sorry, let me know if you fix it.

      I understand your points, and our IFTTT home automation helps ease a lot of that burden. But, we do get that IFTTT doesn't do everything over the sun so we are working on improving that and adding it into the app as well.
