Tomorrow's projected forecast, 3/3: Wind generation starts the day fairly strong but there is a midday slump in generation with levels below 4,000 MW. Generation is expected to pick up in the evening with levels above 12,000 MW during the evening peak.
Pricing remains great in most of the system with pricing in the low 2¢’s for majority of the day. Price premium from LZ West carries over into tomorrow but is not expected to be as strong.
Forecasted peak demand of 41,000 MW between 7-8 AM with available generation around 49,000 MW. Average on-peak price of 2.1¢ system-wide eluding LZ West at 4.2¢.
