Tomorrow's projected forecast, 2/19: Heating demand is expected to increase during the morning as morning temperatures are significantly lower when compared with today. Wind generation is expected to decrease through the day with levels dropping to 2,000 MW during the midday.
Expect elevated pricing and possibly some minor spikes in LZ West particularly between 5-10 PM as total generation remains low to meet demand levels. Forecasted peak demand of 45,000 MW between 7-8 PM with available generation around 49,000 MW.
