Tomorrow's projected forecast, 2/13: Demand is expected to be a bit stronger tomorrow due to rain and colder weather in major load centers. Wind generation is expected to be sufficient during both the morning and afternoon peaks with a decline in generation during the midday.
Slight pricing increases later during the evening peak with pricing peaking around 3.5¢ on the hourly level. Forecasted peak demand of 48,000 MW between 7-8 AM with available generation around 55,000 MW. Average on-peak price of 2.1¢ system-wide.
