Tomorrow's projected forecast, 1/29: Generation starts the morning strong around 14,000 MW but is expected to drop suddenly and will level out around 3,000 MW in the early afternoon.
This will necessitate the need for thermal generation to come online quickly to fill in the generation shortfall from fleeting wind generation. Slight pricing risk between 6-11 AM with pricing reaching upwards of 10¢ expected.
