That’s good. But don’t compromise that good work by not playing straight in some of your other public communications.
You don’t have to “critique.” Just supply the relevant complete info: “We’re thrilled Michael is happy with his rate. The rate he showed was for energy only. The ‘all-in’ rate for a customer with his usage that month would be approximately x.x¢ per kWh.” See how easy that is?
Per our confidentiality guidelines and the PUC we don't publish personal information without their consent such as usage and rates. But if you're okay with breaching people's personal information, go ahead!
