We like our member's posts that say they are happy. That's not a crime. We have no control over if they post all-in or energy cost. It is a free country.
Griddy does have the ability to clarify things when your customers tweet partial info that is misleading. You choose not to clarify. Instead you choose to “like” (i.e., endorse) the incomplete, misleading info. That’s on you. (And it’s a dubious business practice, too.)
We choose not to critique them on which part of the app they would like to share. But, if people would like more info or our members are unhappy, we would be happy to further educate.
