Tomorrow's projected forecast, 12/17: Temperatures in the low 30's are expected in major load centers tomorrow morning which will increase heating demand. Wind speeds decline in the late morning which limits wind generation to around 5,000 MW.
Other generation such as natural gas will pick up the slack in tomorrow's supply stack. Demand forecasted to peak at 53,000 MW between 7-8 AM with available capacity around 57,000 MW. On average pricing forecasted to be 2.2¢ in LZ's North, Houston, & South with the West at 2.5¢.
