At 15.2 cents per kWh, I really think @GoGriddy only works out, sometimes, in the summer...pic.twitter.com/qe4aYha7FL

Our average member last week paid 9.0c/kWh. Our members are able to keep their rates low by using our tools and avoiding using energy during peak times.
Yup, it did hit that high for around 5 minutes. But keep in mind Griddy is a long game and not a short game.
Long game has me negative because of massive spikes
For the last 5 years over the course of a year our members have been able to save up to 20% when compared to the Texas average without monitoring their usage. With monitoring their usage and using our tools our members have the ability to save up to 40% over the course of a year
That's great and all but doesn't change the fact that I've lost money, and it is directly related to massive spikes
So I spend more time and effort monitoring usage, but still lost money. Lose-lose
We’re sorry to hear that, but that is why we have our smart home automation to help combat those spikes. We are also working on releasing a protection plan for those spikes in the near future.
My all-in rate for November thus far is 16.7 cents... That's just 3 cents off what I was paying before I switched. Don't ask me why my rate was 10 cents in August and 17 in November...
Hmm that seems like a lot. Are you a low user? Also, West Texas has had several price spikes this November due to congestion.
