SMH...While the wholesale cost of electricity may be free or negative, customers still have to pay TDU fees of 3.5-4.0 cents/kWh. Griddy, how often does the wholesale rate go lower than negative 3.5 cents/kWh? Only then will an electricity customer get paid to use electricity.
Yup! The price has gone negative 328 times from 10/15-10/21. That's across all loadzones.

The dial price. But we already said yup to our members being in charge of the TDU. We've always said that as it is passed through from the utility.
