You did? “Sent out”. What year is this? 2011? Just put it on the app. This is your problem. You want to be “cutting edge”, yet you constant revert to email for your fail safe “we warned you”. MAJOR Alerts, apps, texts. So many better ways of warning of high prices

We send emails, push notifications, and have projected prices to warn our members.There's also IFTTT where you can customized the notifications you receive. But yes, our pole for the price protection plans went out through email. It was quicker than building a poll within the app
