@GoGriddy I've been trying to get y'all to call me back for an hour. You were supposed to turn off my electricity tomorrow, but it's already cut off and I'm trying to move out of an apartment in Houston, TX with no a/c and no way to vacuum before I leave. Y'all need to fix this.

My power was turned on about an hour before you replied to my tweet. Also, nobody ever called in response to the two voicemails I left. I wasn't bothered by the price spikes in August like so many others, but the customer service I experienced today might be my tipping point.
