...there’s a lot of ways it could be looked at I suppose, people care about the bottom line though, I’ve stated before that comparing it to the going fixed (energy) rate is a good way to do it too, currently ~.03 in my area...
You're right, the all-in rate is what's important. We're in total agreement there. Just wanted to be clear about the calculations for getting there.

yep, good thread... suffice it to say, do not look at the energy rate on the dial and think that is what you are paying when all is said and done... especially, when you are doing some sort of "vs" against the going fixed rate
