right, and I’m basing it on recent averages (my mistake), so it may be a lot worse than 2-3x, I should say something different... however, the point is that people need to understand the all-in rate is much higher and when looking at fixed rates it doesn’t change the same way
...there’s a lot of ways it could be looked at I suppose, people care about the bottom line though, I’ve stated before that comparing it to the going fixed (energy) rate is a good way to do it too, currently ~.03 in my area...
You're right, the all-in rate is what's important. We're in total agreement there. Just wanted to be clear about the calculations for getting there.
