Don’t fool ppl with your incorrect information. If Texas average was 11.9c/kWh , griddy was 42c/kw. I paid $500 for 15 days. Y’all should be called greedy. Horrible company. You should be ashamed for false advertising. Worst company.
It sounds like you signed up right before the wholesale market hit unprecedented record prices during the 2nd week of August. As you know, Griddy doesn't set the price not do we keep any portion of it.
