@GoGriddy hey-centerpoint literally removed our meter yesterday due to a power failure on our property but y'all are still charging us for usage. Your data is bad & your customer service told me I need to figure it out on my own. I don't think so. I don't work for y'all.
That information will be updated once CenterPoint sends actualized usage data for the day.

We receive preliminary usage data from Smart Meter Texas the day after flow. That data often times contains estimated usage. Five days after flow, Smart Meter Texas finalizes that usage data, and any discrepancies are reconciled in your account.
