I started using @GoGriddy because I thought that money could be saved with load shifting and I like that they are "trying" to do something cool on a technical level. However, it's starting to look like you really can't save much (if any) even with load shifting.
We are still confident in our product. The price spikes over 30 cents about .5% of the time and over $1 about .09% of the time and above the Texas average 4% of the time and that is including all the data from August. And our developers are working on improving the app.

JFC...with a million fewer headaches and worry I switched to an all in rate of 8.2 cents. Not worth the incredible anxiety Griddy caused.
