I started using @GoGriddy because I thought that money could be saved with load shifting and I like that they are "trying" to do something cool on a technical level. However, it's starting to look like you really can't save much (if any) even with load shifting.
Before this month of August, our members saved anywhere from 20-30% without having to alter their usage. With altering their usage our those percentages would increase by 5 to 10% depending. We know the wholesale market took a hit in August due to high demand.

“...In August...”???! rates are still “spiking” almost every single day... (to top it off, your app is broken)...Like I said, I haven’t switched back yet but I’m doubting any real savings...we will see in the coming months I guess...

We are still confident in our product. The price spikes over 30 cents about .5% of the time and over $1 about .09% of the time and above the Texas average 4% of the time and that is including all the data from August. And our developers are working on improving the app.
