They literally emailed me Sept 1st. I only called and emailed them everyday since I made the tweet. They chose to do the right thing and back track my cancelation but when I finally got someone on the phone, they wouldny budge. Their customer service is ridiculous.
We were had a lag on all platforms but have gotten through it and have set motions in place so it won't happen again. This usually isn't the norm.
