Griddy App’s inaccurately low prices caused customers to use more juice at higher prices than they would have use if the price had been reported accurately. Because this effect was most pronounced WHEN PRICES WERE HIGH, the frequency of a 2¢ error is not the relevant data.

The worst days in August were the 12th, 13th, 15th. With the 13th and the 15th being the worst of the three. We deployed the fixed the morning on the 13th.

Can confirm the 13th was the worst. I know people that I actually referred to Griddy that cancelled on this day because they got hit with about $200 in charges that day...pic.twitter.com/BvMbJzDhf5

Yeah, the 13th was the worst price-wise. Obviously some people will show less usage since they altered their consumption.
