Griddy, if you really want transparency, you’d discourage your members from making such vague and undocumented claims. But instead, I’ve seen instances when you’ve responded to such claims by thanking members for their support, which encourages confusion rather than transparency.
We will always encourage our member to share their success stories and opinions with Griddy. The truth is we have seen members who have been able to keep their rates down in the month of Aug through being vigilant about when they are using their electricity.
