...but if it's a weekly report, it could be considered a precedent...the price spikes pretty much every afternoon, that is a precedent...we have to watch rates like a hawk from ~12:00-19:00 because integration of your app and IFTTT isn't working and is completely unreliable

The length of them have been unprecedented as in the past our price spikes have only lasted about 5-10 minutes. I am working closely our developers to see what is going on with IFTTT. We are looking into whether it is an us issue, IFTTT issue, or device issue.
