      We are working on possibly being able to introduce that in the future. This month has been an anomaly. Before this week, in the whole history of the US wholesale electricity market, the price had hit $9/kWh for a grand total of 10 minutes.

      The concept is nice and I get it, with 101+ f every day from a week in HOU. But I am (now was) well on my way to a $1100 bill for AUG. I have NEVER had a bill over $350. That is ridiculous. Curious, can you share your bottom line costs for AUG for full transparency.

      U can still get charges up to 5 business days as ur prior usage gets finalized by ur local utility. Griddy only charges for electricity usage during ur time with Griddy. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card on file within 7-10 business days of the cancellation date.
