If you opted for a variable or wholesale rate without understanding the implications or considering the risks to your business that's a problem and not Griddy's fault.

No. Griddy is being greedy going as high as they can with their rates! It may be legal, but it is taking advantage, and I hope they go out of business for it!

We don't control the price of electricity. The wholesale rate is set by ERCOT, the grid operator, and we pass those through without mark up. The prices are based on the real-time supply and demand.
