We have no control over the prices. We get everything from ERCOT, the grid operator and pass the prices through without mark up. The price is based on the grid's supply and demand and this month demand has been at record highs.

The fact that they do not control real-time prices means you get what the market gives you. @GoGriddy provides stats showing historical prices. They are giving you the odds like a casino would. We’re not judging anyone’s decision to use them, but understand that this is gambling.
