Took @SportsTalk790 recommendation and tried @GoGriddy energy. They subtly increased our kWh rate by 4x in our second month. Our bill went from 120/mo to over $400. This company is a scam and I will make sure everyone knows it. @MC790 stop advertising them
We did send messages to our members letting them know about the high demand expected this summer and how it could lead to more severe price spikes. We also offer various tools - real-time prices, price alerts & automation - to help our members.

I just joined 8/1 so perhaps I missed it. All these customers seem to be surprised. It appears that people who monitor the energy market wrote about it months ago
