The adders have always been shown on the usage and statement pages. Just not on the dial. We have since fixed this issue.

Showing actual prices to customers next day was TOO LATE when your whole marketing pitch was built on the idea that customers could use Griddy’s App to monitor REAL TIME prices and adjust usage accordingly. App showed false low prices, so customers who relied on App got burned.
