@GoGriddy I'm a new member, today is my third day. I've been trying to get "customer service" for 3 days on the phone. Nobody has called me back. Is this the way Griddy works? No response? Griddy should hire more CS agents.
We are just experiencing a high call volume at the moment. We have always tried to keep our customer service team in house which means it is probably a lot smaller than other providers. But there are motions on play to improve this.
