      @GoGriddy This is ridiculous, I’ve spent $400 for half the month of August when my highest ever bill with Reliant was $300 for the month. You’ve charged my card so much that it’s getting declined now!

      If this $9.99 credit doesn’t offset the all money you’ve spent on wholesale electricity. If we could give you more, we would. The fact is $9.99 is all the money we make. We’re giving back literally every dollar we would have earned this month.

      Hmm? Are you saying Griddy NEVER buys electricity at LESS than the wholesale price that Griddy charges its members?       We have a strategic partnership with and investment from EDF. We do not purchase blocks of power from them or anyone else.

      A "facility" is an agreement that provides us with credit support. They provide us with a credit facility to help facilitate our wholesale supply purchases. Again, we do not purchase blocks of power from EDF or anyone else.
