@GoGriddy This is ridiculous, I’ve spent $400 for half the month of August when my highest ever bill with Reliant was $300 for the month. You’ve charged my card so much that it’s getting declined now!

Hmm? Are you saying Griddy NEVER buys electricity at LESS than the wholesale price that Griddy charges its members? For example, does Griddy buy electricity from EDF at less than wholesale price, but then charge members wholesale price and pocket the difference?
