@GoGriddy This is ridiculous, I’ve spent $400 for half the month of August when my highest ever bill with Reliant was $300 for the month. You’ve charged my card so much that it’s getting declined now!

I’m sorry, but $10 of savings doesn’t make up for a projected monthly bill of $800. Good thing there is no contract.
It looks like demand on the grid is lessoning so prices should be normalizing. As for the $9.99. The only money we make is off of the $9.99 monthly membership we are crediting back all of our profit for the month of August.
