@GoGriddy This is ridiculous, I’ve spent $400 for half the month of August when my highest ever bill with Reliant was $300 for the month. You’ve charged my card so much that it’s getting declined now!
If this $9.99 credit doesn’t offset the all money you’ve spent on wholesale electricity. If we could give you more, we would. The fact is $9.99 is all the money we make. We’re giving back literally every dollar we would have earned this month.

It looks like demand on the grid is lessoning so prices should be normalizing. As for the $9.99. The only money we make is off of the $9.99 monthly membership we are crediting back all of our profit for the month of August.
