@GoGriddy This is ridiculous, I’ve spent $400 for half the month of August when my highest ever bill with Reliant was $300 for the month. You’ve charged my card so much that it’s getting declined now!
We know it is frustrating, we're frustrated. Before yesterday, in the whole history of the US wholesale electricity market, the price had hit $9/kWh for a grand total of 10 minutes. Yesterday, we had 90 minutes straight. Plus several other hours above $1/kWh.
