Completely understand. Unfortunately, market has it's ups and down. And the grid just hasn't working in our favor due to record high demands on the grid. It's frustrating, we get it. We're frustrated.

Average people cannot afford to ride out a spike like this! I’m on track for a $1000 bill this month. I get that it’s unusual, however, I’ve more than lost my entire annual savings in August alone. You should have a cap or a way to mitigate insane increases like this.
