This tweet doesn’t help my $108.00 bill for the day yesterday. I’m now aware of one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made. Long game or not, one month of these prices and your sales model becomes void. GLHF
We understand your frustration! And understand that Griddy isn't for everyone. Wish wish as much as you do that these spikes did not happen. Again, something like this is extremely uncommon but I get where you are coming from.

Yeah... but this spike will be the death of griddy.... so unstable for so many new users. We can’t be not paying medical bills and rent because we are paying ridiculously high electric bills..

This x100. I can’t help but honestly feel like this will not only be the end of Griddy in Texas, it will lead to multiple lawsuits for deceptive trade practices and false advertising.
